WE'RE NOT PERFECT

I'll bet you've had the experience of being part of a church that seems to have it all together.  They rave about their programs and their people.  To judge from what they say, you'd think they were perfect.  But you know that they are not.

At SouthCross, we talk a lot about our programs and people, too.  But we know that we are not perfect.  We know that sometimes we mess things up and people are hurt as a result, because even loving people can make mistakes.  You'll never hear from us that we're better than those other churches, because it simply isn't true.  What you will find here, though, is an honest opinion of our shortcomings and the determination to work together to make the world a better place.  We are imperfect people in an imperfect world, trying our best to love one another in God's name.  We are a community that seeks a better way, in part by welcoming into fellowship all people who are honestly searching...just like we are.
